Immunoglobulin was detected with ARG21692 Goat anti-Rat IgG antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) and ARG21687 Goat anti-Rat IgM antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) followed by ARG23912 Streptavidin (HRP) and quantified.
