| 背景介绍 | ATP1A protein belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of Na+/K+ -ATPases. Na+/K+ -ATPase is an integral membrane protein responsible for establishing and maintaining the electrochemical gradients of Na and K ions across the plasma membrane. These gradients are essential for osmoregulation, for sodium-coupled transport of a variety of organic and inorganic molecules, and for electrical excitability of nerve and muscle. This enzyme is composed of two subunits, a large catalytic subunit (alpha) and a smaller glycoprotein subunit (beta). The catalytic subunit of Na+/K+ -ATPase is encoded by multiple genes. Flow Cytometry: HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were stained with ARG66327 anti-ATP1A1 / Na+ K+ ATPase alpha 1 antibody [SQab1875] (red) at 1:200 dilution in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at RT, followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 labelled secondary antibody. Unlabelled sample (black) was used as a control.
