Western blot: 35 µg of Human lymph node and Human tonsil lysates (in RIPA buffer) stained with ARG58760 anti-CD223 / LAG3 antibody at 1 µg/ml and 0.5 µg/ml respectively. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
