It is also known to react with Canine coronavirus (CCV), Pig coronavirus transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) and ferret coronavirus. Some specific activity has been detected against Bovine coronavirus (BCV). |

应用说明 | ELISA: This antibody can be used as a capture reagent in sandwich ELISA assays in combination with a detection antibody. WB: Under reducing conditions, this antibody detects a specific band of 50-56 kDa that represents the nucleocapsid. Detects specific bands at 56 and 46 kDa in reducing gels with CCV as antigen. IHC-P: Antigen Retrieval: Boil tissue section in Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist. |
