ARG10731 anti-Nestin antibody ICC/IF image
Immunocytochemistry: SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells were stained with ARG10731 anti-Nestin antibody at 1:5000 (red) and co-stained with an antibody against vimentin at 1:10000 (green). Vimentin is main partner of nestin forming heterdimers and further polymerizing to form intermediate filaments. Co-localization of vimentin and nestin in cells was shown in yellow. Blue is DAPI staining of DNA.

Immunofluorescence: SH-SY5Y cells stained with ARG10731 anti-Nestin antibody (green) at 1:3000 dilution and costained with Mouse mAb to actin (red) at 1:500 dilution. Hoechst (blue) for nuclear staining.
The Nestin antibody produces strong staining in the cytoplasm in clearly filamentous fashion, while actin antibody stains the submembranous actin-rich cytoskeleton, stress fibers and bundles of actin associated with cell adhesion sites.
