Immunocytochemistry: SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells were stained with ARG10752 anti-Nestin antibody at 1:2000 (green) and co-stained with an antibody against vimentin at 1:2000 (red). Vimentin is main partner of nestin forming heterdimers and further polymerizing to form intermediate filaments. Co-localization of vimentin and nestin in cells was shown in yellow. Blue is DAPI staining of DNA.
